Welcome to HoldOn2. By using this website (www.holdon2.co.uk) and purchasing products from it, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About HoldOn2
HoldOn2 is a UK-based brand making handcrafted wooden climbing holds. Every item is individually shaped, sanded, and finished by hand, meaning slight variations in shape, grain, colour, and finish are part of the nature of the product.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use this site in a lawful way and not to interfere with its operation or misuse its content.
All images, text, branding, product designs, and other content on this site are the property of HoldOn2 and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without permission.
3. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP.
HoldOn2 is currently not VAT-registered, so VAT is not charged on orders.
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not mean the order has been accepted. HoldOn2 reserves the right to cancel or refund any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
• Payment issues
• Stock availability problems
• Incorrect pricing
• Suspected misuse or fraudulent activity
4. Custom Orders
Custom or commissioned pieces are individually discussed and priced based on the work involved.
Because of this, custom orders are not eligible for automatic discounts, bundle offers, promotional codes, or sale pricing unless stated otherwise.
Custom orders may also require longer processing times depending on the complexity of the piece.
Unless faulty, custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable once work has begun.
5. Shipping
UK orders are shipped using tracked Evri services.
International orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked services where available.
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days, although this may vary during busy periods or for custom work.
You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. HoldOn2 cannot be responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

6. International Orders & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs charges, import duties, VAT, or handling fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.
HoldOn2 is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
We recommend checking your country’s import rules before placing an order.
7. Returns & Refunds
If you are not happy with your order, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Returns are not accepted on custom or made-to-order items unless there is a fault.

8. Product Use & Liability
Climbing is a high-risk activity, and proper installation and use of any climbing equipment is essential.
All HoldOn2 products must be used responsibly and mounted securely to a suitable climbing surface.
While great care is taken in the production of every item, HoldOn2 accepts no liability for injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use or misuse of any product purchased from this site.
Customers are responsible for:
• Inspecting holds regularly for wear or damage
• Ensuring safe installation
• Using products appropriately and at their own risk
By purchasing from HoldOn2, you accept full responsibility for the use of the products.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including photographs, product designs, logos, branding, and written content, belongs to HoldOn2 unless stated otherwise.
No content may be reproduced, distributed, or reused without written permission.
10. Privacy
Only the information necessary to process and fulfil orders is collected.

11. Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time.
Any changes take effect immediately once published on this page. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
